• Park and Depart Unfortunately, our return flight was cancelled which meant us collecting our car hours later than planned (or paid for). The car park and depart staff were excellent and we were able to collect our car with no extra cost.

• Short Stay Did not seem to have number plate recognition, problem at barrier both entering and exiting long delay period both times. Staff not very helpful, cold wintery night when leaving park waited ten minutes for ticket validation, not as easy as advertised.

• Long Stay Because my flight was changed fromrd December tond December, I had to get an extra day on my parking. I was told on the phone that this would be OK. When I returned to Aberdeen, I put my card in the machine and had a bill of £99 to pay.
  This I did, then phoned the next day. The young man on the phone was very helpful and told me £87 would be returned to my card in a few days. I hope this happens.
  Iv never had a problem with bop before, mistakes happen.
