• Long Stay The only small problem was on entry to car park my car registration must not have been recognised the barrier did not lift and I had to ring for help and give my on line booking reference number before barrier lifted .I have had this problem on a few occasions when I have booked with you previously.

• Long Stay Yes, your staff were very help as my flight was delayed by 3 hours and I arrived back in Belfast at 23:45. The person who I spoke to on the intercom was helpful and asisted me in leaving the car park without any further delay.

  I returned at 10pm so was on my own walking up the large carpark. Good lighting but it would have been nice to see someone human.

• Long Stay Carpark was as expected. Was told a 20min wait for bus which was a bit dissappointing but not a big headache as only 2 min walk. Car wouldn't start when we got back. Staff were brilliant when I asked for help & arrived within 5 mins which a jump start. Was very much appreciated.Thank u.
