• Long Stay Great, hassle free entry and exit from car park. Only down side was when we arrived back at car some thoughtless passengers had left two luggage trolleys next to car. I know this is not the carpark's fault but it might be an idea for staff to look out for this problem and move the trolleys back to try bays to prevent damage to cars.

• Long Stay As a "Blue Badge" driver it would be helpful to have more spaces near the entrance of the Long Stay car park or even better in the short stay.!!also many of the cars parked in the current spaces don't appear to show the Blue Badge, otherwise a very effecient service.

• Long Stay Although parking was paid for in advance the barrier refused to open and we had to ask for assistance. When leaving we inserted card and machine asked us to wait for a moment which took ages and other cars using the other barrier went through a lot more quickly
