• Long Stay I changed the car i was going to park at 10 30am on morning of travel by phone, when i got to the airport
  the barrier would not work. once i explained that i had changed cars to park this was remedied straight away.

• Long Stay I paid £31.50 to park my car (PEZ2366) & when i collected it on Monday 08/10/12 it was absolutely covered in birds droppings. I know my complaint might seem trivial but when spending so much money i expect to collect my car in the same condition as i left it. Also, the last 4 times (using 2 different cars) I used the pre-paid option the barrier did not lift on arrival which I find embarrassing. However, the staff on the other end of the intercom are very helpful.

• Long Stay The booking process is very efficient although the credit card charge is a bit irritating. The car park at Belfast International walkable from the Terminal as long as you don't have a disability and it's not pouring with rain!
