• Long Stay Pedestrian access at Belfast Intl. is poor. Footway surfaces are rough and uneven making it very difficult to pull cases or push trolleys. Motorists seem to be allowed to park illegally on or near pedestrian routes.

• Long Stay My only comment is that the camera in the left hand entrance lane is less likely to pick up car reg automatically. I often have to use the intercom to get my ticket issued. No proba with same car in right hand lane.

• Long Stay Everything fine but there are roughly 4-5 disabled parking spaces just to the right of the entrance.Opposite these cars park outside the parking lines making it impossible to reverse in.This needs to be addressed as it is going on all year.

• Long Stay I had arthtitis in my back at time of travel with walking difficulty.It would be great if parking spaces were allotted with proximity to the terminal for older people. Everything else worked well although I was unsure about the bus to terminal system. Is that part of your operation?

• Long Stay First time I used the pre-pay car park. Got confused leaving the airport with what to do. Too many pages of info printed out with it. All that was needed was a line saying 'take a ticket on entry and use ticket to get out, instead of three pages of info. But now know yes, its a good system.

• Long Stay Total mix up at airport. My fault as I hadn't read the confirmatory email in full so ended up parking in the main stay carpark at the airport rather than the long stay. Carpark staff very helpful when I returned to my car. Would use BCP again - and park in the right carpark next time!

• Long Stay I booked online and had no contact with any staff members. Walk was slightly longer than the advertising would suggest, which might have been an issue, had I been travelling with family and baggage, as there were no visible trollies. Car park zone marking could be improved.

• Long Stay It should be possible to let passengers off -near the terminal entrance-before entering the Main Car Park-the only way this can be done at present is to pay on extra £1 & go through the drop off zone.Otherwise we have a long haul with our luggage
