• Long Stay Everything was fine, I didn't have contact with staff on this occassion. I use BCP often, everytime I need to travel for work and have always found the service very good.

• Long Stay cameras didnt recognise number plate. was advised to get ticket to get in so when leaving they wanted me to pay again. i didnt have ref number to hand which is my fault but it didnt go smoothly. but i will use again as if it had of worked it would have been great

• Long Stay The car park surfcaes are really worn and rough ---- people are pulling cases over these. There do not seem to be any trolley parks in the car park --or at least we did not find them.

• Long Stay It would cartainly help if cover was provided from the terminal end area across to the car park as you are open to the rain elements for a good part of the walk to the car park. Also some areas could could with a proper tarmacing as they are rough as well as few areas to leave the trollies at once you get to your car

• Long Stay I travelled on my own with my baby, i brought only 1 small bag, but if I had travelled with more bags it could be difficult as I didnt see any body to help you to get to the airport .

• Long Stay I had prepaid car parking and was using the car that I had put the details in for. On arrival at the barrier machine did not issue ticket so I had to use intercom to gain entry. On return when I put ticket into the machine the barrier would not open so again I had to use the intercom.

• Long Stay Fantastic and easy to use website. Payment was easy online and no hassles. Just drive up and the ticket is issued automatically. Finding the car again was fine but if possible if each parking bay had an assigned number to make finding the care even easier. I would & have recommended parking at BCP to family & friends for their ease of access and proximity to the airport

• Long Stay The surface of the parking area is poor for wheeling your suitcase on. More markers are required to assist with identifying where you have parked your car upon return
