• Long Stay Everything went smoothly, however, the member of staff who transported us to the terminal building was not at all helpful. He complained about having to make the trip as he 'had other jobs to do' and 'the bus was 'for disabled people and if we wanted a lift back we would have to arrange that at the terminal as it was not automatic'. Buses do not ferry passengers to the car park, we walked back. Not a pleasant experience generally at Belfast International Airport due to unprofessional staff and removal of this service. Sorry I'd go to one of your competitors next time as prices were the same, if not cheaper.

• Long Stay We drove straight to the car park entrance this time, not having any cases to unload onto a trolly. When I have to go to the entrance, I do feel annoyed that I have to pay to safe my wife the walk from the car park. The Belfast International Airport should have a free setting down and picking up area - if Manchester can do it, why not Belfast? Shame on Belfast.

• Long Stay On arrival at Aldergrove from holiday I saw a notice that there was a courtesy coach to parking. No sign of it. Maybe this is out of your control ?

• Long Stay You could improve the car park surface as it isn't great for dragging a wheel suitcase along as well as a dedicated/clearly marked smooth path to the airport Main Entrance. Apart from this it was a great service as its hand to the airport.
