  • Long Stay Parking worked well, though signage in the car park and road surface is poor and a number of spaces were taken up by badly parked vehicles blocking 2 spaces. Clearer bay markings would be good!

  • Long Stay Easy parking. We were over the time on return as our battery was dead and we forgot which card we booked with but the chap who answered the intercom was great. If you ever need a jump start the hire car companies won't help as they've been sued before! No one at customer information in airport at midnight to ask for help. The number given to ring didn't work. Thankfully an amazing man who had just returned from Barcelona with his family helped us. Think he was from Wales so thanks very much

  • Long Stay It's not difficult to confuse the Short Stay area with the Long Stay on the return, as Arrivals brings one in to the far end of the complex. Consequently better signage at this point would be helpful

  • Long Stay Car park had a lot of building work and was parked at the lower end and found it difficult to find our way around the building work. There were no buses running I presume this was because of the construction work. I wish that I had chosen the silver zone car park which would have been cheaper

  • Long Stay No the parking at Bristol Airport due to the re work is dreadful. With lanes blocked and difficult to get the bus pick up. Car was covered in builders dust on hour arrival back our holiday. To find a reasonable space when dark was difficult
