• Long Stay Car parking was great,i pre-paid the parking, but when we came back from holiday to collect our car the ticket said we had to pay, we contacted the staff who were very helpful, found that we had paid and we were quickly on our way.

• Long Stay Great location from terminal (easy walking distance) and good value. Spaces a bit tight and a long drive to the exit which is not signed very well. The temporary signs directing you to available spaces sent us the wrong way down the bus route, much to the disgust of the bus driver !!

• Long Stay Everything was smooth. The only issue was finding a space but after 5 mins of driving around we found one. People had parked across parts of the road which made some areas quite tight to navigate. I guess some improved space allocation would improve matters i.e. do not over subscribe the service or let any one in when the parking is full.

• Long Stay Didn't find any staff,struggled to find a car parking space asked some one said he didn't work for company after a while found a space and left car wasn't sure if we should have just left car or not.

• Long Stay There was a hitch with the tickets when we arrived and although we had prepaYedingham an ordinary ticket was issued, a computer glitch. However, the staff on the help button and in the office were most helpful, polite and apologetic.
