  • Long Stay The parking layout is a nightmare with a lot of dead ends. This means either trying to turn around if you can't find a space, or reversing a long way back. You should be able to go all the way around, which I realise reduces the parking spaces - slightly.

  • Long Stay When leaving the car park, there was a severe breakdown in what should have been a pretty simple process. It wasnt even busy, I ended up queuing at the barriers for around 20 minutes (at which point, only 1 car had actually gone through successfully out of the two queues of cars which were waiting). The reason for this was, I'm guessing that most people, like myself had prebooked parking, so we had to call intercom for assistance at the barrier. I, myself personally waited more than 5 minutes before someone answered my call and was met with someone who was abrupt ane clearly stressed out. I suggest you review this ridiculous process you have in place.
