  • Long Stay No problems at all. Booked on line and then neither had nor needed contact with staff. All went smoothly

  • Long Stay we were able to park near to a bus stop and waited only a short while for the bus, driver was polite and very helpful. on our return journey the driver offered to drop us near our car which was very helpful with small children.We would definitely use the service again

  • Long Stay We stay in the long-term carpark at Bristol Airport as we use the disabled parking bays and it is a short walk to the airport building. BCP is so quick and easy to use and the pricing is as good or better that the other companies.

  • Long Stay It would be helpful if the driver announced which zone he was about to enter so you know when to get off. It was very dark, and pouring with rain when we were trying to find our car, and actually got off the bus before we needed to as we weren't sure where in the car park we were.

  • Long Stay got to the checkout barrier and did not realise had to put ticket in barrier machine-thought it was numberplate recognition-although most probably stated on start of holiday -when tired and buzzing from your holiday-easy to forget return instructions which may be simple for frequent flyers-as to staff did not see any at all

  • Long Stay After going to wrong car park (my fault for not reading the confirmation paperwork carefully), all went well. I was a little worried that I had to take a ticket as I had prepaid for the parking - wasn't very clear that I would not be charged on exit. Parking was a bit of a distance from airport in bad weather - luckily none of the travellers were elderly. Apart from that -all good. Thank you.

  • Long Stay The parking spaces were too small and the lanes were very narrow. Unfortunately both cars either side of me were parked very close and protruding which meant reversing out was extremly difficult. Either ensure that car spaces are adequate in size or increase the width of the 'roads' between parking spaces

  • Long Stay Straight forward process. Easy to find, park up and away you go. Coming back make sure make note of slot you parked in. The whole car park is well labelled. Drive straight back out after car is scanned and home you go. Very happy with Bristol long stay car parking
