• Long Stay everything was fine except the barrier wouldnt open on my return, and i had to reverse and run over to the kiosk , the person in the kiosk solved the problem and when i got back to the barrier and inserted my ticket the barrier did open , this was the only issue good job it wasnt raining and glad no one was behind me at the barrier which made things less stressfull as i didnt wind another car family up

• Long Stay Arrived at 4am in the morning in the long stay car park without any problems with the entry gate or parking. The bus stop was approx 150mts away with a bus approaching, the driver stopped & waited for us to get to the stop. travelled to the departure lounge within minutes. No issues on return. Would book with BCP again without hesitation.

• Long Stay Like clockwork, ticket that was issued said I was not prepaid but your pre flight info said to go into kiosk to verify it took about thirty seconds to verify and we were on our way home.Great
