• Long Stay It was with dismay that when we picked up our car on return we found we could drive out of the car park without putting in our ticket as the barriers were open. This was the case on all barriers on exit. The security was non existant. This was extremely disappointing and anyone could have stolen cars and driven out without any hinderence.

• Long Stay It’s hard to find spaces. People park badly so there is a lot of wasted space that you can’t get into. Otherwise we like to be able to walk to the terminal and not get into a bus (esp after a long journey).

• Long Stay Having used a variety of airport carparking providers successfully I was surprised, frustrated and out of pocket when I found that there was no record of my prepaid parking with BCP. When uing the ticket machine I was asked for the full and undiscounted amount in order to exit the carpark at Bristol. When I requested help I was told that there was no record of my payment and indeed the operator made several attempts to search on different data ie registration number, name, date of purchase. ALL drew a blank! This is the very last thing I needed after a busy and tiring business trip!!!

• Long Stay Barrier opened with reg recognition, didn’t see any staff and I parked on a grass verge as there wasn’t many spaces. The walk to the terminal was only a few minutes (Bristol) but the overall downer is the cost - £65 for 2 days? Abit greedy in my view but as it was dark and I was travelling slone it seemed like the safer option so no choice really. Will
  Look for cheaper alternatives.
