  We will use again on next holiday next year.
  Also facility to have option for fast track is another benefit which we book at same time. Kiosk staff friendly and helpful would recommend to use.

• Meet and Greet I booked this parking service because I thought there would be no walking involved from the parking to the terminal for my elderly, infirm father. This was not the case. To be fair, I may as well have booked the normal long stay parking as the extra walking would have been fairly minimal. I feel that the increased fee I paid for meet and greet was not justified and I would not book this parking again.

• Meet and Greet The cabin was unmanned when I arrived but after calling the number given, the team arrived. Everyone was very helpful and apologetic and as I was in good time for my flight, no problem.
  Coming back my flight was delayed 2 hours getting in at. I texted the number to warn them, the car was ready and waiting and all went very smoothly. It's a great service

• Meet and Greet Having used your service many times I was not pleased this time because your drop off and collection point has moved. & I couldn't describe it as meet & greet,say if it was raining we would of got soaked getting to & from the drop off point.

  Also on leaving the car park, we could not get out of the barrier. We were given a ticket that did not work!
