• Premier It seems the automated number plate recognition did not pick up ours properly when entering the car park so my husband had to take his ticket to the office when trying to exit the car park to have it sorted out - which they did immediately (we had paid in advance via the internet and they were able to identify that easily). He will be more aware of "the system" when we use your facility again. We found it better than "Meet & Greet" which we normally have.
