• Silver Zone Dropping the car off was quick and easy and we didn't have to wait too long for the bus transfer to the airport.
  On our return, we waited only minutes for our bus transfer back to the car park, which was great considering how cold it was! Then picking up our car keys was even quicker and easier. The cost was also the cheapest I found so I would definitely use BCP again.

• Silver Zone I cannot think of any cost effective way that you could have improved the service we received, unless there is a way of having a series of bays near to the office for customer pick up so that we don't have to walk too far to find our car when we return. We have always used your service when flying from Bristol and would always recommend it.

• Silver Zone The staff were very helpful and friendly and on our return journey we got off he plane, straight on the bus and were in our car in no time at all. We would definately use this service again.

• Silver Zone Everything went to plan. staff were very friendly and buses were on time to take us to the airport and to pick us up at the airport to take us back. We were handed our car keys at reception quite quickly and were on the road for our journey home to south wales in minutes. Its a good service and we would definitely use it again.

• Silver Zone This was the first time we have used this car park so we were 'feeling our way.' We were very impressed at the well organised system which worked like clockwork. Next time we will know exactly what to expect and what to do and it should be very straight forward. Buses were frequent and, although we were in the office recovering our key at a busy time, we were in the car and away very quickly. The cost for a short stay compared favourably with off airport parking. Our usual park was full which was to our advantage, their disadvantage - I think they have lost us to Silver Zone Parking for ever!
