  • Silver Zone I was disapponted on return that the car had been moved to the furthest point away in the car park. It was pouring with rain , we had no coats or umbrellas & got soaked!
    Would have thaught the service should have moved it back closer to check in point

  • Silver Zone We had entered the date in error on the website (probably because of the easy scroll date selection)and needed to stay for 24 hours more than paid for. when we arrived we were told that it was a non-flexible booking and that we would lose the 45 pounds paid and have to pay for the full 10 days again for 80 pounds. They told us that no rep of DCP was based onsite and so there was nobody to voice our concerns to. neither did the people based on site really know what they were talking about or how to deal with the problem. When I suggested that I would simply keep the booking as is and return one day later, and asked what would be the consequences of that, they said that it would be £21 charge premium rate for the extra day. so there you have it- a much better solution than paying for the full 10 days over again- so why were they not able to suggest that to me in the first place. There are much better value, better service car parks that we have used before and will continue to use in the future- as will friends and family.

  • Silver Zone I have used Silver Zone on several occastions now when going on holiday. I am always very pleased with the service. It is well organised and the transfer buses are always running frequently. Its lovely to arrive home and walk out and get straight on the bus back to the car with no hold up.

    I give you 10 out of 10 for your service .

  • Silver Zone Would like to see a "pick up" area - rather than all 5 of us having to troop to the car with cases etc. Car was at the top end of my row, furthest away from the key pick up. Maybe there is/was one? If so, I did not see any signs etc. so if there is one already, perhaps better signage is the answer.

  • Silver Zone we were very tired and had to walk to the furthest end of the car park, you could not have put us any further, my partner and i are in our 60's, if it had been raining it would have been a nightmare, we had left our car at p 40 so to come back to it so far away i the y end of the car park was awfull, we hope this situation does not happen again.
