Long Stay 1 Always happy parking here as long as the weather is fine to get to the airport dry only ever seen the bus transfer at the car park once in all the years we've parked here

Long Stay 1 Barrier refused to open on return had to call assistance. Put some ramps on the steps nearest airport. Its already a long way to walk in the rain witnout going further to the ranps.

Long Stay 1 Following previous feedback, all our fault, booked into Cardiff Airport car park 1, but accessed car park 2. That's why number plate recognition didn't work. Sorry.

Long Stay 1 Easy access to car park, plenty of room to Park safely and within easy walking distance of airport. All you could wish for plus free access to drop off bags. Excellent.

Long Stay 1 Entry/exit worked perfectly. Didn't see any staff. Didn't see a courtesy bus. The walk to the terminal was a little further than expected. The gravel/stones on the car park roadways play havoc with suitcase wheels.

Long Stay 1 We had an 'issue' when we arrived as the barrier did not recognise our plate, so we pressed for a ticket and the machine read the plate incorrectly. I emailed you at the airport and a stacey conyers replied almost immediately with a supportive and informative email that meant there was no stress or worry about being charged on our exit.
She told us exactly what to do when we left the carpark. Her reply was friendly, informative and quick! Perfect customer service! Thank you
