• Long Stay 2 Bus stops everywhere for a shuttle bus which was non existent.
  I didn't need this personally but I can imagine if you were a family with children trying to juggle everything and cases and having to walk quite a distance (as majority of spaces considerable distance from terminal) without any pavements or suitcase trollies available would be quite challenging and stressful.

• Long Stay 2 I prebooked as normal but when I arrived the barrier did not raise so I had to buzz for assistance, I was told to take a ticket for the barrier to raise and was told to present this in the terminal on my return to Cardiff Airport. When I did this I was told the barrier did not raise because I arrived too early. I do not often make errors when booking but on checking when I arrived home I found I did make an error and booked my arrival time the same as my flight departure time. So it was my own fault. I would like to thank the staff at the airport for being so helpful and I will not make the same mistake again. Thanks again.
