• ABC Meet and Greet Fantastic, anticipated that the M1/M25 would cause delays, they did not, arrived over an hour early, not a problem, then had a flight delay on return so meant we were late, we called when we were customs clear and had to wait less that 2 minutes for the car, brilliant service and nice people, thank you.

• ABC Meet and Greet This service was excellent, I called 10 minutes before arriving and our car was collected on time by a very friendly gentleman and upon returning our car was there waiting for us immediately and was handed back to us by another friendly gentleman! Everyone I spoke to on the phone as well we're very polite and friendly. Very happy and will use this service again!

• ABC Meet and Greet Guy was waiting as we arrived and was all very friendly and no problems. Plane was 1.5 hours late and arrived at the wrong terminal. The guys brought the car to us and was very friendly (we probably were not with 2 kids under 5 at 3am!!) Will absolutely be using again.

• ABC Meet and Greet Waited over half hour for you to pick the car up when we got to Gatwick and when we returned, even though we phoned after picking up our luggage we waited over 50 minutes for you to return our car. We got fed-up with this sort of service from maple manor and chose you in the hopes of it being an improvement, deeply disappointed.
