ACE Meet and Greet Arrived back at Gatwick. Ace Meet & Greet man gave me the exit ticket but on arrival at the barrier there was an additional Â£8 to pay.

ACE Meet and Greet It was not clear with you the operator was so when I got to the airport I could not see the operator. When I phoned to get help I was told that the company partnered with another so I needed to speak to them. This was not made clear in my confirmation. It wasnâ€™t very unorganised and I was told to just leave my car open and they would take it.
When I returned to the airport I called as requested when I got through security (I only had hold baggage) I then had to wait an hour for my car. When I called the provider there was a lot of confusion as to where my car was. I told twice my car was there when I could clearly see all of the car park. I was not impressed. I have been told I will received a full refund from the car park provider.

ACE Meet and Greet Service not as described. Got back and had to wait 30mins in car park for my car, was told this is standard, well whatâ€™s the point then!? I couldnâ€™t got the cheaper bus service in the same time. If this is standard, then state it on the website. Finally got car to find an open plastic cup of sticky drink in my drinks holder, which had spilt and splashed everywhere. Also my mirror was bent in. Really not happy and would like someone to contact me to discuss.

ACE Meet and Greet It is against the law to make a telephone call whilst driving. A request made by Ace Parking to be made 20 mins prior to arrival at the airport. Most people on their way to the airport are on a motorway at that time!!!!

ACE Meet and Greet Had to wait about 10 mins on arrival at the airport before departure for someone to ale the car away. But apart from that everything good.

ACE Meet and Greet Great when we arrived but had to wait nearly an hour in a dark, cold car park for the car to be returned. The reason we were told was there was a a lot of aircraft arriving. You knew when we would arrive and the plane was on time, there was plenty of room for all the cars due to go out in the car park for the customers waiting, my car could easily be ready when we arrived. No one there to ask just, no seats just a cold car park. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
