  • ACE Meet and Greet First time we have tried meet and greet and it would have been quicker to do the normal parking. Waited over half an hour in the car park for the car to be returned to us while our friends car appeared within 5 minutes. Ours was taken to the wrong car park despite me calling from luggage reclaim and being given directions. it seems there was a lack of communication between the driver of our car and the man at the end of the phone..... NOT HAPPY at all

  • ACE Meet and Greet As always when we use the service we we're greeted and logged quickly by the agent, and the car returned promptly on our return. It so the second time we have used the service now it is the Orange car park and it is certainly an improvement over the old draughty pick up point.

  • ACE Meet and Greet Perfect location and price. Our return flight was delayed but the staff understood and were very helpful and cooperative with the delay in returning the car and it didn't seem an inconvenience or issue at all to them

  • ACE Meet and Greet Location was perfect and directions good. Staff greeting could have been a little friendlier.
    The state of the car on return was appalling. I admittedly didn't request a valet, however it must have been parked under a tree as the boot of the car was covered in bird droppings, I mean a huge amount. A lot of fuel had been consumed, over a quarter of a tank. Car also in sports mode ( something I never use).

  • ACE Meet and Greet Drop off was OK but the actual drop off place not easy to find due to poor signing at short stay car park.
    Collection on return was far from 'meet and greet' Return of our car was about three quarters of hour late, obviously not dispatched until after our phone call and when returned did not come to instructed destination which meant my family and I had to move from one location to another until we spotted our car as dispatch could not tell us where it had gone.
