  Although it would be helpful if you could alert us to any travel problems on our return. The M23 junction was closed and we were diverted back to where we started, adding about 20 mins to our journey time. At 1am in the morning so am sure you can appreciate all we wanted to do was get home ASAP. Travel information could be displayed on a board just to give people a heads up.

• Purple Parking No problem checkin in or out. Easy to find. However, on return car loos as if parked under trees and not in car park as plenty of shrubs, leaves and bird droppings on vehicle. Worse was as approachin stop 7 on our return a bus turned up to drop off passengers. I was on a crutch and waved from 20 yards to request he wait as last person got off. He just looked at me, closed doors and drove off. We then waited further 25 mins for next coach. Sorry, but APH coach that arrived waited four minutes for elderly couple to get to their bus having seen him wave to try get on the bus after the bus driver had dropped off his passengers.
