  • Purple Parking We entered full locaction into GPS as you said, but it still didn't direct us correctly. As there is a known problem it would be helpful to tell people where to go after they reach GPS limbo land.
    The bus stop 6/7 is a long way from the entrance for disabled travellers & no trolleys seen in that area. This was not mentioned beforehand even though I discussed my wife's condition on phone with your reception staff.
    Very uneven service: outbound bus almost empty, return had to leave people to await next bus and no chance to sit down.
    Messy muddy area to retrieve car.
    Staff on phone and on site very helpful.

  • Purple Parking Great friendly staff, smooth handover of car - only issue was incorrect directions on the website which send you off junction 10 rather than junction 9.

  • Purple Parking Everything worked well. The only possible improvement I could suggest would be for the bus driver to speak slightly slower and more clearly when announcing North or South Terminal as it just sounded like "...th terminal". Not a problem for us but may be someone could be confused
