• Purple Parking Hard to get to - even harder to get away! But the parking was ok.

• Purple Parking We arrived at 6.15am and it was a cold wait outside until the bus left at 6.30am. The driver was efficient and friendly; the reception staff were merely efficient. We waited only 5 minutes for the bus on our return, and pick-up was fine.

• Purple Parking Car park is very well located for me and easy to get to. Reception is very good and speedy, reception staff efficient. Coach trip to terminal not pleasant. Too many people crowded in and inadequate space for luggage at lower level of storage. People struggled to lift cases on to racks. Drivers not helpful, not welcoming. No greeting from them and absolutely no attempt to help people with luggage or pushchairs etc. Watched two APH coaches arrive and depart whilst waiting for the purple parking coach when coming back. Very different, driver helpful and friendly helping people get into the coach with luggage. Coaches also clearly more frequent including late at night so not so crowded. I will continue to use PP because the car park is nearer home. But I would much prefer to use APH and woul pay any extra charge for a better service.

• Purple Parking Whoever moved the car had played with my settings on the on board satnav system e.g. Volume had been set to max which startled us and road preferences changed. I accept the driver would need to change the seat, steering & mirror positions. However, all 3 of the stored seat settings which would have allowed us to get back to our own settings had been overridden to ridiculous extreme positions. the mirrors were also put in impossible positions. I can only think this was done as some childish adolescent prank but resolving the situation delayed us getting to out next destination which caused problems for the people we were picking up. I will not be using your company again.
