• Purple Parking On arrival the greeting was a bit frosty from staff. No smiles no hello no nothing really. But saying that, although it would of been nice, I wasn't bothered as I had just done a 3hour journey and was pretty feed up myself. On leaving the gent who checked me out was lovely really happy and helpful, and this is what has stuck in my mind as I was also fairly feed up after a 2.5 hour delay with my flight home, he even helped me with my bags. The bus drivers both ways were also really pleasant and polite.

• Purple Parking Now your proper office is up and running I think the service can't be improved. My only problem was the slope from the office to the bus as your luggage tended to either roll away from you or topple over! Apart from that a wonderful service throughout from all staff. Thank You.
