  • Purple Parking Meet and Greet Yes, would like to have been told exactly where to go, I.e Orange Car Park - Short Term level 1, rather than just having the sat nav location only because things were different to the last time when we dropped off ( not last year but a previous time)

  • I Love Meet and Greet Excellent all round service, left my mobile in the car. Driver returned and delivered it back to me at the terminal.

  • Cophall Parking Staff were polite and efficient. On our return journey, the first mini bus drove past us which was a bit annoying, but another came 15 mins later, so not a major issue

  • Help Me Park Help-Me-Park were utterly useless. I tried calling them at the instructed time away from arrival to the airport. They hung up on the call more than 10 times, then, when they finally did answer they said we would have to wait as we were calling after the instructed time away from the airport. The fact that it took us over 15mins to get through. Then telling us that they had no missed calls. When returning from the trip, I was told that because the flight was delayed, I would have to wait 20-25 mins for the car to be returned, this wait turned out to be 55 mins. This meant that I was waiting for nearly an hour at 3 in the morning, outside the airport.

  • Purple Parking Meet and Greet Same feedback as before - if you park the car so near to the pick up point, why do you mess around with the seat position, mirrors, radio and aircon but not put them back as you found them? Very frustrating - enough to consider using someone else.
