• Purple Parking Meet and Greet I did have to wait a while but that was because I called and changed the drop of point to north rather than south and it was accommodated without question. Very happy. There was a bit of a wait due to the amount of cars trying to get in and out at the same time but over all very impressed.

• APH Can’t complain at all apart from I wasn’t aware my vehicle was going off the nice secure looking site, to where I don’t know and having clocked up 10 miles while I was away.

• Help Me Park Have used BCP to book M&G on many occasions & have been super impressed. However, this time I booked 2 cars M&G via 'Help Me park'. Massively disappointed with service. Arrived together, one car was collected, the other waited over 25 mins for driver to take away. On return, the other car was collected within 10 mins, the other waited over 30 mins for driver, in the rain. Would never use help me park again.
