Purple Parking Meet and Greet Arriving it felt like a lot of the staff were stood around and only two were able to book you in. Overall though we were very happy with the service.

ACE Meet and Greet Staff were helpful. It is Just a bit of a muddle when you arrive! And it does seem an odd place to leave your car. But it works. Very helpful when collecting.

APH Good value airport parking. Only thing I would say is that the cars were all quite dusty from being stored on gravel. Not a huge problem though.

Help Me Park To avoid any issues on the M25 we arrived early by about 50 minutes at Gatwick North terminal. When we rang to advise of our arrival we was never told that we would have to wait nearly 40 minutes, nearly our booked time, for our car to be collected. Customer communications must be better. Also we was given documentation to sign on drop off and pick up but given no time read or explanation as to what I was signing.

Purple Parking Summer Special was dissapointed buses did not run every 10 mins and when going despite driver being in office he would not wait to allow us on that bus so had to wait 20 mins for the next. all we had to do was put key on seat in car which would have taken less then 5 min.
