• APH Returned to car and had a fresh door ding on the passenger side rear panel. (Week before we had the car serviced and the manager commented how pristine the motor was).
  Please ask your transfer drivers to take more care when opening and closing doors.

  Just missed the bus on the way back - timing between landing and pick-up was slightly out. Could have rung when through passport control compared to just before.

• APH The car park was well signposted and easy to find, and the staff were welcoming, friendly and very happy to help. Our bus driver who took us to the airport at 11:30am on Friday, November 9 was an absolute diamond. He greeted us with a smile, helped us with our cases without being asked and then gave us directions to the arrival hall once we arrived at the terminal. Well done sir - I’m just sorry I didn’t catch his name! He’s a credit to the company.

• APH Staff were very helpful. All run smoothly. The reason I didn't give you 10 was because the keypad to get out isn't readable in the dark so typing in the exit code needs a torch.
  Also it would be good to be given a timetable of times the busses arrive at the terminals as we ran to catch a bus on returning but just missed it so had to wait 15 mins. We would have ran from the arrival hall to catch the bus had we known the times.
  Everything else is very good about your service and we have used BCP for many years.

• APH The only improvement I can think of is maybe a sign on the road just before the car park as I’ve used this car park twice now and missed the turning both times other than that very happy with the service and staff very smooth transfer
