• Cophall Parking Journey from Cophall to airport for our departure was fine,
  However on our return to Gatwick we contacted Cophall and were advised to go to Bus stop 7 where we would be picked up. We waited there for over 1/2 hour. This was particularly frustrating. When the vehicle finally arrived there were only 4 seats available. Fortunately our name was on the driver's list but others who had been waiting for the same time as ourselves were not picked up. There seemed to be insufficient vehicles available for the purpose. Either that or the vehicles themselves are not big enough for the number of customers. We have never had to wait so long before to be picked up when we have used other companies. This will be a major influence on our choice of parking in the future.

• Cophall Parking Owing to recent bad publicity I was apprehensive about using long term parking at Gatwick. However I have no cause for complaint at the Cophall Park. Online booking was simple and directions to the park were clear. The handover and recovery of keys was very quick and efficient, and the car was in the condition I left it. As it was a busy Friday afternoon on our return, we did have to wait a little while for the shuttle bus.
