• Cophall Parking Took way too long to get us away on the outward journey. I recall the driver saying it was one of the busiest days in years. To which I replied then the firm earned a lot of money. So excuses that we are busy don't work, as you know well in advance of visitor numbers. Would only book with them if they were the cheapest. As for collection, was speedy, impressive

• Cophall Parking We waited for an hour for a pick up from the aiport, their organisation is unbelievable, despite knowing how many people they had coming in on a flight, what time the flight arrived and that traffic would be awful at 7.30 on a Monday morning in the area they didnt allow for any of it. One mini bus came and couldnt get all of us in so we had to wait for the next. Blaming traffic and an accident for the delay yet 5 purple parking buses turned up and 3 other main car park provider buses arrived!

• Cophall Parking Car was absolutely filthy - cap missing from rear number plate - was dark when collected - ok if parking old car but never again with our brand new one - inside doorwell scuffed and carpet marked with crushed leaves and mud/dirt - was valeted next day despite it being done the day before it was left at cophall - the worst since we've been using them in over 20 years
