• Help Me Park I filled in the booking form and gave outward flight as 07:00-checkin as 05:00am and also the flight no. When I phoned as instructed Help me park did not at first recognise my booking. The reason being that they had me down for a 07:00 meet. this caused quite a lot of confusion which took over an hour to sort, in all fairness to help me park when the problem was recognised they thankfully re-arranged the pick up.
  The return was at least perfect.

• Help Me Park We were kept waiting for 15 min at drop off as the driver was at the wrong terminal at Gatwick, despite a phone call 30 min before our arrival. The delivery on our return was faultless with the car waiting for us as we exited the terminal building.

• Help Me Park This was the first time we had used the Help Me Park service as usually we park up and bus in. We found the instructions and directions very clear, the text messages were received promptly and were most helpful, the staff were friendly and helpful and we only had to wait a few minutes for the driver to collect the car, and about 10 minutes for it to be delivered on our arrival back to England. Will definitely use this service again.
