• I Love Meet and Greet All good except for the length of time left standing in the rain waiting fir the car to be returned. Well over 30 mins from our call and we waited as requested until we had exited customs.

• I Love Meet and Greet Regrettably your staff did not perform in a manner which I would have expected When we rang from the Terminal we told there might be a delay of 15 minutes because of the weather.When we arrived at pick up point we were told our car was on its way.With that all of your drivers pulled into a small bus and left us at the curb Twenty five minutes later our car finally appeared and the driver he was part of the group which we saw returning to the depot in the bus.If we had been told what the true situation was we could have sheltered in the terminal rather than hang about in -7 degree temperatures.Overall most disappointing.

• I Love Meet and Greet What can be improved? Not a lot - Follow the instructions provided and things run pretty much like clockwork (whoop, a 5 mins wait for the service to arrive to collect and return the car). Very friendly staff, looked after car well (knew mileage when dropping off car and there was only the added mileage of it going to the secure car park of 4 miles), have absolutely no hesitation of recommending BCP and have already booked the next service so I can compare Exeter service against the good effort at Gatwick!

• I Love Meet and Greet Best meet and greet I've used until now. I called when I was nearly there as I forgot and driver was already waiting when I arrived.
  I mispl my pick up ticket, contacted them and got it all sorted within a couple of minutes.
  When I came back I called after picking up the bags and I only had to wait a couple of minutes.
  Definitely would recommend them and book with them again
