• Just Valet We booked "Just Valet" meet and greet parking at Gatwick south terminal and had to wait 3/4 hour for our car to be delivered to the terminal only to be told "it was a fault our end". Very unhelpful and dismissive!!! We will not be using Just Valet again and depending on our experience in July maybe not even BCP.

• Just Valet Service was great...staff very friendly but the only downfall for me was my car was filthy dirty on arrival (externally) it was totally covered in mud.

• Just Valet Staff on telephone were ineffective and unhelpful at both ends of the journey. We arrived early but were not told that you would be unable to collect the car until the estimated arrival time shown on our booking until we rang again 30 mins later.
  We were unable to catch our return flight due to poor weather and when we rang to explain were told we had to ring another night mover (don’t know why they couldn’t just take details?) we duly did this and despite my husband giving our name 3 Times (Steele- so not complicated) the person on the phone after several minutes asked if it was in a different name and claimed to be unable to find the booking. Similar inefficient staff thenext day when we arrived back. We’ve booked with BCP many times and have never had such terrible service.

• Just Valet Really easy drop off, very close to terminal making it easy to transport our luggage and baby to the departure area. On our return called the number when we were at the baggage collection and by time we had arrived outside the car was already there waiting for us. As our flight arrived about 2am this was really convenient, helping us get out of the airport and home as quickly as possible. Would definitely use again.
