• Just Valet at both dropping our car off and picking it up we had to wait at least 25 mins which defeats the purpose of paying a premium for meet and greet. I would much prefer to pay for the car park and find my car myself

• Just Valet Booked on the understanding that we would be met on arrival provided we called 10 minutes prior. This did not happen, we waited 20 minutes.
  On arriving back, we called expecting a ten minute wait time, and again it took 20 minutes albeit with an apology.
  With a young baby at 5am, we needed it to be prompt.
  We will use long stay parking next time.

• Just Valet The meet and greet was great. We were early on arrival at the airport but they were there to collect the car. The driver was very nice. The process was very smooth. On return, the driver was outside with my car so no waiting around. My car was perfectly fine. I would 100% use them again and would recommend the service.
