  • Long Stay North this is the second time when we got back with the correct ticket and paperwork we were told at the exit tht we owed £325 each for our stay the man in the office larry was very good and sorted it no problem but last time the lady was rude and said we had to pay and sort it afterwards which i refused to do, also this time and last time there were others in the office with the same problem

  • Long Stay North All went to plan and the facilities are as described. On exit barrier did not go up but the staff answered the call button promptly and on checking the details the barrier was raised within 90 seconds and homeward bound we went. Thanks.

  • Long Stay North Entry to car park very good.Exit from car park on return from holiday was not so good.The barrier did not recognise my number plate and we could not exit stating we owed £325.On trying to reverse back to be able to go to the office one of your bus drivers kept driving up behind us blowing her horn,did she not know what reversing lights are for.Where did she think I was going to go with her right behind me and a barrier in front?The office staff were very good rectifying the problem and we were free to go then.

  • Long Stay North The car park ticket did not allow us to leave through the barrier. I had to go to reverse form the barrier to park and go to the customer services to get the ticket validated. Our flight had been delayed and it was dark and raining heavily. Previously it has all worked very smoothly; there is a new ticket system which does not appear to be operating correctly. I will now consider other providers for any future bookings.

  • Long Stay North Could not leave the car park - wanted me to pay £165 (even though had not gone over the time I had bought parking for) so had to go to reception to sort it out. Everyone leaving seemed to be having the same problem so it took a while to sort out. Very frustrating when you have a long drive ahead late at night and you just want to get on with the journey
