  • Long Stay South Once again on arriving back from the holiday and already frustrated with delays we get to the exit gate, put the ticket in an get a shock to be asked for £.00 to pay!! This happens every time and although on pressing the call button it gets resolved but this is the last thing you need when you have been travelling all day

  • Long Stay South Things didn't go smoothly for me for changing my booking . My return flight was put back for 4 hours, which I found out from the holiday rep at my destination. I tried to change my landing time but was unable to alter the booking due to the booking had already started. With the flight back being delayed 1hour as well, this made me in total 5 hours later. I would have liked to changed my return time to be in the comfort of knowing how much I was going to pay as excess to the original booking. I was not going to now know until I picked up the car . I stopped off at the kiosk, where the attendant checked my ticket and told me there was no further charge :-) . Is it possible to put a "Valid until time" on the ticket or on the online booking receipt?

My only fright was when we put our ticket in to leave the car park and it came back jnvalid and we owed £300 !!!! Thankfully even though it was clise to midnight there was someone in the office who coild sort out the error quickly
