• Long Stay South Guided to park in LS South Zone C - which was completely full. managed to eventually find a space - then waited 15 mins for a bus at stop 8 - which was so full it didn't stop at 9 to pick any more passengers up. Surely you can organise transfers better than this

• Long Stay South All smooth and plain sailing, parked up and caught bus without any issues and the same on the return. Only issue out of your control was the signage outside of the parking grounds which could have been clearer back to the motorway.

• Long Stay South We had trouble finding the bus stop for the long term parking. We followed the bus signs & landed up on The wrong level. Only to find out after a walk up & down we were on the right level at first! Better signs are needed for buses on your return. Usually use summertime parking at north term, their bus stops are clearly sign posted.

• Long Stay South on return journey,i put in my ticket ,it said outstanding balance of £230.00 !!!! after calling assistance and telling him I had pre booked etc he returned my ticket and let us through.was a shock and don't know why this happened.

• Long Stay South A bit disappointed this time due to the bus breaking down in the carpark on the way to the terminal on 11th August. No other bus could get round so we had to walk to the terminal with our luggage. Not expected when you pay £155 for parking!!

• Long Stay South All easy , the only problem was the car trying to get through the barrier in front of a bus load of returning passengers including us for some reason couldn't get through for some reason and held everyone up for quite a while . Apart from that all good thank you
