  • Long Stay South Staff - fine. However, website setting up the exit time for a late flight arrival meant that I entered the exit for 1 day earlier than it should have been. One would have thought a.m common error - the website had no "check your date for late arrival time" or something along those lines. Upon arrival I got a £15 excess to pay, which was a very high approx 100% premium to pay over what it should have been.
    I get the sense that I am not alone in having this issue - would be good to see your company deal with customers over company profits ...

    The machine dispensed a ticket with my details on arrival
    However the ticket and documentation were unclear as to whether or not that ticket was valid for exit.

    Friday 11 March had a cold morning with thick freezing fog. When we arrived at Zone B we followed the signs "Spaces" but there were none. We drove around for about 20 minutes or more in a fritless search for a space and encountered several other cars doing the same, some driving down the wrong way in the one way lanes. In the end I gave up and ignoned the "spaces"signs and tried my luck in the lanes beyond the sign and eventually found a space in the very end row of Zone B. This made us late for our check in so all in all I was not happy with the arrangements in Zone B that morning.

  • Long Stay South Big queue on return. As it was a weekend more buses need to be working to reduce waiting time and to speed up collection. As buses were so full access to doors and luggage racks was manic and dangerous.

  • Long Stay South After a long haul night flight, I missed the exit via the Hilton Hotel. That meant I had to enter the short stay car park. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and let me through without charge. An unexpected helpful action.

  • Long Stay South The parking was easy to find. Many bus stops to accommodate the transfer. Transfer buses were frequent and quick.
    My return flight was cancelled and I ended up returning the next day, which resulted in an extra charge for the additional day my car was there. The parking employees assisted with this and the payment was waived. It was a very smooth and pleasant service, and it all went smoother and faster than I could have expected! Thank you!
