  • Long Stay South If you are not familiar with Gatwick south entrance to the car park you can easyily miss it there is a lot of shrubbery a larger sign with an arrow will help first timers .
    Everything else about the parking was great no problems.

  • Long Stay South When I came out of the terminal at Gatwick upon my return the sign confused me as it told me to cross the road. Obviously you don't cross the road. Wasted thirty minutes, lost.

  • Long Stay South Navigating the website and booking the parking was very straightforward. Locating a parking space was extremely easy and we caught a bus to the airport within minutes. The process was just as easy on the return and I would have no hesitation using BCP again or indeed recommending them to friends and colleagues.

  • Long Stay South when the bus returned to the car park, the driver gave out an announcement asking if anyone required a particular zone. As the bus is quite long, he didn't hear passengers reply. Surely it would be better for passengers to press the bell when they required the bus to stop?

  • Long Stay South Can you tell me why for the last three or so time s that I've parked in your car park why when I put my card in to exist I have been denied exit and asked for more money even though I'm in time still.

  • Long Stay South The one fault is when arriving back at Gatwick at night time the bus drivers dont say what area of the car parks they are driving into. It's is veryb difficult to see wheather your in A,B or C etc., wouldn't it not be possible for the driver to say A b or C etc etc etc ., when they drive into a certain area .

  • Long Stay South Did not need to see any staff except driver of bus but everything went brilliantly. Very efficient system. Really liked being able to takes car keys with me so knew the car would not be moved.

  • Long Stay South We departed from Gatwick south but arrived back to Gatwick north so had to get the shuttle back to Gatwick south in order to get the bus back to the car park as we were told the bus didn't do a circular route to both. It was a bit of a nuisance and caused us some delay but otherwise it was fine
