• Long Stay South Print ticket on entry a liitle more quickly then I wouldn't have pressed the button so soon. This apparently caused me problems on exit. Otherwise first class.

• Long Stay South Had to wait for bus on arrival longer than stated, along with large number of others. Driver info given was superb. Number plate recognition got reg wrong so trip to customer services which was quick and efficient

• Long Stay South Everything went smoothly: the camera at the barrier recognised the car number plate and produced our ticket; bus service was frequent to the airport and back on our return; finding space for car parking was fairly easy, though long walking distance to the bus stop.
  Suggestion: the number of bus stops could be increased to minimise walking long distance with heavy suitcases from the car to the nearest bus stop.

• Long Stay South Excellent sevice, booked and paid online at a discount, arrived at the park and took a ticket. Parked up and jumped on a bus within a couple of mins. On return caught bus from airport and back in the car in 10 mins drive to the gate popped in ticket and was away!!
