• Long Stay South The car park is great - just the signage to sort out. When I arrived, the signage said A, B, C, D & E "CLOSED" but driving to G there were lots of spaces in B, C D & E which was quite confusing!

• Long Stay South Having booked online, we drove to the South Terminal Long-Stay Car Park where we drove straight through, the number plate recognition system having calculated that we were booked in and paid. After a relatively short period of time we found a parking space, unloaded our luggage virtually straight on to a bus and were in the terminal within 10-15 minutes of arriving. The return was just a good. Excellent service. Would not hesitate to use again instead of the off-site car park that we have used in the past.

The only criticism was we got a little confused as we drove into the car park (Gatwick South), as there was also a car park sign to the left and we weren't sure whether to turn left or go straight ahead. All was fine we found a space easily, got a bus within 5 minutes and was at the terminal within 10 minutes. Just as quick coming back too. Would use again.

  What can one say - you provided exactly what it said on the tin. Clear sign posting; easy access to the bus to get back to the car park on our return. Subject to your prices being in the same ball park as other providers you are my provider of first choice.

Good value for long weekend - a fraction of the cost of public transport for 2 adults (and 2 kids). Numberplate recognition worked well so no fuss or faffing as all pre-paid. It also felt safe and secure (unlike some cheaper off site carparks)

• Long Stay South We arrived st 2am to park our car and there were no problems finding a space. The bus stop was nearby and we were picked up a few minutes later.
  Trip to the airport is very quick
  Return journey back was ok although the bus was very busy and there wasn't enough room for all the cases to go on the racks but that was worked around by everybody. Obviously the drivers are only meant to drive and not help with luggage?
  We would use the facility again as its quick and easy to use. Would have been nice if drivers helped a little more though
