• Long Stay South Have used your parking many times before and have always been very happy with the service. If I wasn't I wouldn't come back. Whether it's early morning or late evening flight departures/arrivals the staff are invariably courteous and friendly, from the coach drivers to the office staff.

  Was impressed with the advice from bus driver that in the event of being unable to start car we could use phone at bus stop and get assistance. ( we were lucky and did not require help ! )but it was nice to know it was available..

My only suggested improvement would be that once the camera has took my number plate it would be good if the machine would let you know as I waited a couple of min's and the message on the display read 'please take tks' and I was not sure if I would be charged as I was not sure that it had my details and I was 5 min's early.

• Long Stay South Parked in section A, bus arrived within 2 minutes, 5 minutes to the terminal. On my return, a bus was waiting outside the terminal, mine was the second bus stop in car park, in car, and homeward bound. Many thanks!
