  • Purple Parking After receiving confirmation of my parking 2 days before I was due to fly,itold me I was parking at Gatwick. My flight was at Manchester. No way would I have put Gatwick when I booked. I got in touch with customer service and received no help except you will have to pay again. I lost £61 of you and also had to pay extra to get to Manchester. I've used you before and thought the service very good. Not now.

  • Purple Parking Unfortunately we went to the wrong car park whilst looking for signs for Purple Parking and believed mistakenly that the long term car park at North Terminal was a shared facility only to be charged £165 on our return. It was very disappointing not to see any signage on approach to the airport from the M23. It didn’t help that it was 02.30 in the morning
