Good To Go Park and Ride Would have happily given 10 except for one very simple thing which you could easily rectify. Make it clear that the T5 car park IS the actual car park. Although I found it straight away there was no signage saying Good To Go so I thought it was NOT the correct car park. Not wishing to drive into the wrong car park and getting charged I then spent ages driving round Heathrow looking for the Good To Go Car park. In the end I found a number and phoned it only to discover I was correct all along. WHY THE LACK OF SIGNAGE? Really annoying and frustrating and wasted time and money driving around in a panic.

Good To Go Park and Ride The post code mentioned in your letter is wrong. It sent us to central Honslow and took us an hour to get back to the correct place. A map on the document would be helpful. There is also no sign at the car park to show you are in the right place.

Good To Go Park and Ride Quick and simple way to park at Heathrow. Far more secure than many of the companies that come and go around Heathrow. Transit to terminal is quick and efficient.

Good To Go Park and Ride super easy process, easy to find. Definitely will use it again. The car park is split into zones, each zone has a bus stop, every 10 min there is a bus to take you to the airport. Highly recommended.
