Other than that it was fine, staff were reasonably friendly and helpful plus we got a decent rate for the 18 days we parked and a free upgrade so that our vehicle was delivered to the terminal.

We didn't understand the process of checking in - leaving the car in one bay then picking it up in another - or the absolute need to call the car park on arrival to ensure the car is made ready at the collection point. a quick set of display boards as to the process at the car park and as part of the confirmation pack might help for st timers.

• Purple Parking Business A comment on Purple Parking Business rather than BCP. Outbound was fine. On the way back however, I rang as soon as I picked up my luggage, but yet had to wait for 20 minutes for the Purple Parking Business bus to arrive - in that time 2 'normal' Purple Parking buses picked up people. By the time I collected my car, almost 45 minutes had elapsed from leaving the terminal building. Purple Parking BUSINESS? I don't think so.
