  • Purple Parking Long Stay Extremely rude minivan driver met at Heathrow Terminal 5. Verbally aggressive towards myself and my wife for keeping him waiting. He made me put my luggage in the trailer even though I informed him that I had a shoulder injury. He drove dangerously to the car park and made me unload the luggage. Very rude and aggressive. Have used BCP before without any problems but this experience has put me off using ever again.

  • Purple Parking Long Stay Car park too far away in a rough area. Drivers hardly spoke English and was left to load cases into a trailer myself. Upon return we were asked if we were there to re-book?!!We just wanted to collect our car. We were then told it was not ready because we were early, which we were not and we had fortunately seen our vehicle on the return journey in not far from reception. The buses were dirty and the whole experience just felt basic and cheap. Will be paying more next time for standard long stay parking.

  • Purple Parking Long Stay Parking experience was brilliant throughout. Efficient and speedy check-in, and prompt delivery to Heathrow. Return was as smooth as clockwork with about a 7 minute wait for the transport at Heathrow. Car return was great.

  • Purple Parking Long Stay the outward journed was fine but the return connection was a disaster. we had a delay in our flight but I should think this was being monitored by Purple Parking. I rang before leaving the airport and as soon as our baggage was cleared we made our way to bus stop 24 as instructed on the return slip. A business class Purple Parking van arrived and he loaded my case but when he saw the reference number he refused to take the case and dumped it on the pavement and when I asked if the van we should be getting was coming he replied that he had no idea. I was travelling with three other people and when the correct van still hadn't arrived I again rang the office. He said the van was on its way. Over an hour later and after several more calls it arrived after 1 am. we were freezing and the driver made an excuse that he had been stuck in a tunnel. we collected our car and left.
