• Purple Parking Long Stay We call like they said got to the bus stop 22 the driver just looked at are ticket just open the mini bus door and got on his driving was a mad man lots of breaking cutting-up other traffic flying over the speed ramps.He stop at a bus stop and point over to hes left and went .We spent about 15/20 mins looking for are car which was in a big dip so are feet got wet and are cases,we could not see because there was No lighting in the car-park.

• Purple Parking Long Stay Smoothly - yes, long transfer, driver, on way back from Heathrow driver got clients to load their own cases, so they were all at the back of the trailer wich made late comers like us little room to put cases (front of trailer was largely empty). I suspect trailer was unbalanced (not enough nose weight)

• Purple Parking Long Stay No. Upon our return we phoned at 0652and were told a shuttle was on its way. When we got to the bus stop 17 we found a long queue all waiting for transport. Again at 0742 we rang and were assured a shuttle was on its way and would be with us in 5 minutes. Despite seeing several coaches going past the terminal none came in but the queue got longer. We again rang at 08:12 and got the same message and shuttles kept going past. The a business coch arrived and then eventually ours arrived but had to leave others behind. This service was appalling and I would not recommend your service to my worst enemy.

• Purple Parking Long Stay I've send below e-mail to purple parking management team on Sunday and till today I not received any response.
  Hello
  Today morning I've coming back for my car and while driving to my home I've noticed damage inside.
  When I've tried pick up my radio panel from door pocket I've noticed damage there - please see attached pictures - one hinge is broken. I assume someone who drive the car tried close the door by hang on that pocket instead upper arm and damaged this part. I'm sure that everything was fine two weeks ago when I've left car on the parking.
  My booking ref was R203N, car Audi A6, color red, reg no MW02 XXU.

  When the bus did arrive, the driver just stood there and watched everyone struggle to load their bags.

• Purple Parking Long Stay Expensive service for such a bad use. Far away from airport. More time than says on website. Driver rude and drove so slowly took almost 30minutes. On returning back to park, called immediately as landed and stayed 1hour waiting for the bus in the airtport. Again bus slow driver took ages. And than car was in the middle of nowhere, instead of being in a easy exit way just to pick and go, as in other car parks.
