Arriving at Q Park Self Park couldn't be easier. Simply pull into an arrivals bay in front of the reception, pop in and hand over your keys and hop on the transfers bus. The shuttle runs to T2, T3 and T5 every 20 minutes from 3.45am to 11.40pm. The journey takes 10-15 minutes.
Take the shuttle bus back to the Q Park car park on your return, showing the driver your ticket as you board. After you arrive at the car park drive to the exit barrier which will rise on scanning your barcode.
Your transfer shuttle over to the airport and back is included in your booking. The bus departs from just outside the reception area. This service operates every 20 minutes from 3:45 am to 11:40 pm and stops at terminals T2, T3, and T5. The trip duration ranges from 10 to 15 minutes.
The car park is fully accessible for customers with limited mobility. When you arrive let reception know immediately that you have a mobility vehicle.
The Q Parks car park has a variety of different security features including CCTV, floodlighting, fencing, regular patrolling and barriers at the entrance and exit.
